Shipping Regions

As a small business, I currently ship within Germany and the European Union only. At this time, worldwide shipping is not available.

Processing & Shipping

Each order is carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Once ready, your parcel will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you find plastic packaging material inside your parcel, it has been intentionally reused to help conserve resources and reduce waste.

Delivery Times

The following delivery times apply from the moment your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier (in addition to the processing time):

Germany: approximately 1–3 business days
European Union: approximately 1–4 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, such as periods of high shipping volume or severe weather conditions.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Orders shipped within Germany and the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties. Depending on the destination country, additional taxes or import charges may apply. Any such costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Damaged Parcels

If your order is damaged during transit, I can only accept responsibility if the damage is confirmed by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately, I cannot accept liability for damage that occurs after the parcel has been opened.

Important Information

Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I no longer have control over the delivery process. External factors such as high shipping volumes or adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
