Shipping Destinations

As a small business, I currently offer shipping only within Germany and the European Union. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Dispatch

Each order is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is received. As soon as your package is ready, it will be handed over to the shipping provider.

Delivery Times

The following delivery times apply from the moment the package is handed over to the shipping provider and do not include the processing time:

Within Germany: approx. 1–2 business days
Within Europe (EU): approx. 1–3 business days

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. High shipping volumes or extreme weather conditions may extend delivery times.

Customs, Taxes, and Fees

Orders within Germany and the EU are not subject to customs duties. However, depending on the destination country, additional taxes or fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Liability for Transport Damage

Should your order be damaged during transit, I will only assume responsibility if you provide proof of the damage issued by the shipping provider. Damage that occurs after the package has been opened cannot be covered.
