Right of Withdrawal & Returns
I offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to me without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The right of return does not apply to items that have been custom-made to your individual specifications or personalized, as these are uniquely crafted for you and cannot be resold without a loss in value. The same applies to gift cards or special offers.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement sent by email to hello@artevero.de is sufficient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return.
In the event of a full withdrawal from the contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. Any additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you (e.g., express shipping) will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the day I am informed of your withdrawal. I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was sent and you have not yet received your refund, please contact me at hello@artevero.de.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. To obtain a different item, please place a new order in the shop and return the original item within the return period.
